A membership organisation for those living with a specific health condition wanted to make sure their five-year plan was shaped and informed by their members.
The client needed to understand what members believed the organisation should focus on, what they were doing that was already useful and how they could improve. We interviewed a number of active volunteers selected based on their engagement with the organisation, experience of the health condition and their location.

Insights & Outcome

As well as giving the organisation a clear steer on what they could improve (as well as what was going well), the interviews revealed two essential priorities: Raising awareness of the health condition and working with NHS trusts to implement consistent standards of care, particularly during the diagnosis phase.

What the client said...

Susie brought a well-planned and executed approach to meeting our insight needs. Susie’s work was on-point and delivered just as we hoped. She’s a pleasure to work with and I’d hire her again in a shot.
